Preorder Requirement: To maintain the freshness and quality of our products, LéCoPet requires a preorder period of at least 2 days for most orders. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your items ensuring that you receive them at their best.
Order Processing: All orders placed on our website need to adhere to the preorder period. Orders will be processed only after the completion of this period. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to deliver the best quality products to you.
Shipping Schedule: Orders will be shipped immediately after the processing period. Shipping dates will be confirmed via email after your order has been placed. Please check your email for this confirmation and any updates regarding your delivery.
Delivery Areas: Due to food restriction policy, we currently only deliver across Singapore.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at the checkout page. We aim to keep shipping costs reasonable, while ensuring that your order arrives in excellent condition.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address on the delivery day. If you are not available to receive the delivery personally, we will leave the order at a location where can be safely left and photographic evidence will be provided upon request.
